During 2018 we will be developing a NEXT STEPS course where we will create material to move from the current overview that the Operating Model Canvas gives to give focus to the lower levels of detail in operational design.


We provide facilitation for a one and half day work shop to help your executive team develop your own strategic operating model to fit with your declared strategy. The workshop provides an afternoon of pre- workshop technique and tool awareness in preparation for the followed day applying these methods to create your own unique operating model. This event is designed to provide a full and intensive workshop with the objective of producing a Strategic Operating Model and a set of next steps for your planned or ongoing transformation programme.


We offer exclusive executive briefing sessions on Operating Model Canvas development delivered via Webinar. These sessions last an hour followed by a question and answer forum involving two way discussions. Executive webinars are used to establish an understanding of the importance of operating model development prior to more in depth services and activities.
