We have a “current state” audit methodology that takes between 5 and 10 working days.   Interviews, questionnaires, facilitated workshops and careful analysis will deliver you an action plan to improve the alignment between your strategy and your operating model.  Sometimes that action plan requires revising the strategy; more often it requires redesigning parts of the existing operating model.
